  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • To initiate a return, please log in to your Chambluet account and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions provided.
  • If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer support team at hello@chambluet.com to initiate your return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges:
